How to make oat milk
Ingredients 6 tablespoons of oatmeal 60 grams 4 glasses of water 1-liter, put the oatmeal in the blender add the water and mix it well (it should be a whitish liquid). Strain at using the mesh or cloth (a coffee filter will also work). Use the liquidus milk, and the rest of it can be used to make pastries or other recipes.
